When do we collect your personal data, what do we collect and what do we use it for?

When ordering, registering on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form, you will be asked for some personal information.
When you place an order, your contact information you provided are used to update you regarding your order status and to send you your order.
In addition, your email address and name, may be used to send occasional newsletter, updates, related product, promotions etc to you. There is always an option to unsubscribe in the e-newsletter.
When you send emails or other messages to us it will be possible that we will save these messages. Sometimes we will ask for your personal data when this is relevant. This enables us to answer your questions and requests.

Which third party services do we use that may store your personal data?

Webshop
We use WooCommerce for our webshop. It is hosted in a server that we manage ourselves. When you order one of our services/products, we collect the necessary personal data like name, telephone, address, email etc to execute your order.

When visitors leave comments on the webshop, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Emails and newsletters
For emailing and e-newsletter, we use MailChimp where your name, email, country are stored with them. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, there is possibility to unsubscribe at the bottom of each email.

Payment
We use SISOW and Paypal to process the payment. They require some personal data from you such as name, bank account or credit card information. They are stored with the payment providers.
Sisow.

We can access your name and bank account information when we need to refund you for your purchase. When we refund you, your name and bank account number is stored at our bank as a transaction. it is not possible to pay via credit using Sisow.

We do not have access to your bank or credit card information when you pay via Paypal.

Postal
We currently uses MyParcel, PostNL and DPD to send your products. Your name, address, email and telephone information are stored in their server.

Advertising and News
We use Facebook and Instagram for advertising and news release. We are provided an overview of results and we can see the account name of who Like, Share or Follow our post/pages. We do not combine the personal data that we can see from Facebook and Instagram with other systems.
Other than what is described above, your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent unless to fulfil for legal requirements.

To our best knowledge, all these service provider that we use are EU DGRP compliance, are committed to protect your privacy and do not share your data with any third party. It is possible that they will use your personal data to improve their services.

Do we use cookies?

Yes, this websites uses cookies. (A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in a user’s web browser while the user is browsing the website (if you allow).
