Good news for those who loves ginger and it’s wonderful properties.

Gimber Brut is made from organic Peruvian ginger. It so much easier now to make my ginger shots/drinks without having to cold pressed it every time.

Brut is the new organic ginger concentrate on the GIMBER scene. Brut is made with 50% less sugar, some premium yuzu and lemon thyme. I don’t stock the other one, because this amount of sugar gives it just the right kick. DOn’t let the sugar scare you. Once mixed, it is actually less sugar that apple juice!

I use it in my breakfast muesli, mix it with my daily yourSuper Moon Balance and Super Green drinks with apple juice. Yum. My husband likes to add it to simple sparking water.

Oh, and I had mixed it into salad dressing as well….works great!

It is just so super versatile.

What….Yuzu?
Yuzu is a superfruit due its crazy amounts of vitamin C and antioxidants. Sweet, flowery and tart.

Why the sugar?
When you dilute your GIMBER with 1/10 water (3cl), you’ll have 9,9 grams of sugar, which is less than in milk and 2 to 3 times less than in apple juice.

How long will it last once opened?
If opened, be sure to KEEP COOL 😎 (< 7°C ). GIMBER will then keep its optimal flavour for 60 days.

Mix 20-30ml of GIMBER BRUT with crisp sparkling water and garnish with a personal touch.
Ideal for 25 servings.
